Some Raw Recipes.

I remember sitting in front of the TV and gobbling down about a pound of cashew nuts, night after night. Why was I having this craving? What could I do about it? What causes cravings in the first place?

I believe nutrient deficiency is one cause of food cravings. When I started a journey of eating raw foods, I still craved cashew nuts and ate copious amounts of that food.

I found something that helped me to control this behavior.

I decided to vary the food on my plate in a certain way, and it made all the difference.

High Vibrational Eating

Frequency is a word often paired with electricity, physics, light waves and sound waves. Just as colors and sounds carry frequency, it is obvious or maybe not too obvious that food colors also carry frequency. This excludes artificial food coloring.

Being satisfied after eating does not mean being stuffed with three times as much food as the stomach can hold. Overeating eventually leads to too much undigested food for the body to handle. This undigested food is poisonous to the body. These poisons are stored as fat, along with harmful chemicals which become a toxic burden leading to unpleasant outcomes.

Diseases which afflict the body can be matched to low frequencies. Eating foods which vibrate at low frequencies eventually cause the body to start vibrating at a low frequency. A state of continuous low frequency body vibration will inevitably lead to weakness, exhaustion and chronic disease. So, allow high vibrational eating to impact your energy, your health and your life.

Cooking food at high temperatures destroys the enzymes as well as the life force in the food. Raw food has a higher vibrational frequency than cooked food. Food with brighter colors or smells vibrates at higher frequencies.

Eat raw and include more beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables in your meals to improve your health and possibly reverse your age appearance.

Here are some recipes which I hope you will enjoy preparing and eating.
