This website and store are operated by Reverse Age Guru LLC ("we," "us," "our"), located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. By visiting reverseageguru.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. What we offer

We sell motivation to help you prioritize your health: wellness coaching packages, e-books, apparel (tees and sweatshirts), mugs, totes, and the Lose Win online game. We also publish free educational content, challenges, and wellness tips.

3. Health disclaimer

All information, coaching, products, and content are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet, hydration, exercise, supplements, or treatment plan — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

4. No guaranteed results

Individual results vary. Nothing on this site is a promise of weight loss, appearance change, or any specific health outcome.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from us or book a session.

6. Account information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create an account, book a session, complete an intake form, or place an order, and to keep your login credentials confidential.

7. Products, pricing, and availability

We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors, print placement, and product images may vary slightly. Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.

8. Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party providers (including Shopify Payments and Stripe). We do not store full payment card details. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

9. Coaching sessions and appointments

Sessions are booked through our online scheduling links and held by video or phone. Please cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments as needed, and coaching is not a substitute for licensed medical care.

10. Memberships and recurring plans

Monthly retainers and memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.

11. Digital products and e-books

E-books and other digital downloads are delivered by email after payment is confirmed. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable. Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only — you may not resell, share, or redistribute them. If a download fails to arrive, contact us and we will resend it.

12. Shipping

Physical items ship after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

13. Returns and refunds

Unworn, unwashed physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded — please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. Digital products, completed coaching sessions, and elapsed membership periods are non-refundable. Refunds are otherwise handled case-by-case.

14. Third-party products and links

Some products and services are provided by third parties (including Purium, Shopify, Stripe, Google, and Doxy.me). Those purchases and services are governed by the third party's own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or products.

15. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, recipes, worksheets, e-books, the Lose Win game and its artwork, logos, and branding — is the property of Reverse Age Guru LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission.

16. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass others, submit false information, upload harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the site's security or performance.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reverse Age Guru LLC, its owner, and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, services, or products. Your use of the site is at your own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
